I'm Aimee Andrews, a licensed professional counselor providing online therapy for adolescents (17+) and adults throughout Texas. I specialize in helping people heal from anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life's difficult transitions.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we'll work toward healing from the past, finding peace in the present, and moving forward with greater clarity, hope, and purpose.
