Call or email today for a 10 minute initial consultation. Your therapist will reach out to learn more about your goals and challenges at this time. Together, you will work collaboratively to outline a plan for future sessions.

You can expect a warm welcome and a safe, confidential space to share your thoughts and feelings. The therapist will take time to understand your background, concerns, and goals for therapy, while also discussing the therapeutic approach and addressing any questions or uncertainties you may have.

Hi! I am glad you are here. My name is Aimee Andrews and I work with adults and adolescents specializing in a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, strained relationships, stress, Complex PTSD and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused practices and EMDR (trauma reprocessing). This process is about empowering you to break free from old patterns, enabling you to live a life of deep fulfillment and purpose.
